Considering today is the first day of fall (my birthday--woot!), I decided I should probably post this outfit while it still has some seasonal relevance. I’ve been trying to wear more skirts because I’m rather fond of how the fuller ones hide my belly!

Love the outfit! I have to admit I'm not a fan of the braid. I only say this because I've tried it with my own hair, and a couple of my friends tried it. Didn't look good on any of us. We realized it was the braid, not us! Just not a good look?
@Anonymous--I definitely agree the braid isn't for everyone! It was a lifesaver for me while I was on maternity leave and growing my bangs out--I pretty much sported one every day. My bangs still haven't grown out enough that they fit into a ponytail so I continue to sport the braid look quite a bit. For me it's primarily functional...but I do still think it's cute!
