Thank you so much everyone! Most of my weight loss came from cutting processed foods out of my diet earlier this year. It's amazing how much CRAP I was putting in my body! And then of course training for my recent half marathon helped, too. Thank you for your sweet comments!
Tell me more! How about a post about some of the non-processed meals you have been eating? What do you take to work to eat each day? That is the hardest for me.
