Flats & Ruffles

Cardigan: Gap
Ruffle tank top: Gap
Jeans: Gap Maternity
Flats (!!): Born Concept
Pregnancy: 29 weeks

I'm really not a flats girl, but I decided I should try to wear flats at least once per week now that I'm in my third trimester. It just feels so strange to be this short! On to the clothes--I recently got this white ruffle tank top on clearance at Gap. Sure it's a little snug right now with my 29 week baby belly, but a cardigan over it does the trick!

Flats suit you well! They look adorable :) I am a ruffle and flats girl myself. It's hard to find heals that are the perfect height so that I don't feel like I am falling over. Try target. I found the cutest pair of purple ruffle flats. They are on sale for $20! My fav pair of shoes right now.

What.................no belt? Just kidding (might be overkill with the v neck and buttons, ruffles and all). Darling outfit~~so hard to believe that there are still a few months to go!! I hope that all the light headed spells are gone and god forbid you see a spider while working on the nursery this weekend??!!??! Yeesh, just go buy a Hustler or something and show it to the spider, it will surley go back into hididng. You may not even have to kill it that way, it would just scurry out to the cold!

ugh, I feel you with the flats. I love love LOVE heels, but my job doesn't really lend itself to wearing them. I have learned to embrace the flat- and I have found some really adorable ones! Check out Payless for funky, graphic flats ;)

Have a great weekend,
LB

Long time reader, first time commenter, blah blah blah.

Let me just say -- you are a pregnancy rock star. You make it look good, girl!

And as a high heel person, I understand what you mean about the flats. I always end up standing on my tiptoes anyway!

Adorable! Love the ruffled shirt. As a short girl myself... it's hard to embrace flats but I am on my fee a lot so some days it's just more practical. :)

You've got such great sense of style. I love the tank. I might just grab one of my own. I can't wait to see how you dress your little daughter. I'm sure you will definitely pass on the fashion gene to her.

Take care,
Lisa

You are such a cute, stylish PG woman! I am jealous - I don't like that cute or put together on any day of the week, much less when I was pregnant!!

I think flats really suit you! Love this outfit just like all the rest!

I'm loving ruffles right now. I just picked up some tanks from Old Navy and can't wait to pair them with some cardigans.
