In celebration of our 5 year wedding anniversary last month, G and I decided (well, more like I decided and G–being the amazing husband that he is–reluctantly agreed) to get some “couple” pictures taken. So we called up our photographer friend Andy who graciously agreed to fill our (my) anniversary wish. I’m so excited with how the pictures turned out and can’t wait to order prints! In the meantime, here are some of my favorite shots. These are unedited files that I uploaded to my photobucket account and cropped (poorly) myself, so please don’t let that be a reflection on our fabulous photographer. All photos were taken in downtown Madison, WI and the first two pictures were taken outside the church where we were married. Hope you like them!

Amazing pictures! And just think–if you already love them this much, just think how much you’ll love them once they’re all edited! I have a serious urging to turn the first one into a high contrast black and white!

B loved our wedding photographers so much he wants us to do a photo shoot every year on our anniversary with them. I vetoed because of cost and really, who needs THAT many professional photos? But 5 years? That I can get behind.
