My Finger Has a Nice Ring to It

November 12, 2008 By Dusty Rogers 12 Comments

I must quickly interrupt my reading of Breaking Dawn (4th book in the Twilight series–almost done!) to show you my beautiful new ring. I was at Pier 1 over the weekend buying a gift for a friend and spotted a tray of glass rings as I walked out. As you know, I’m not much of a jewelry person, but I couldn’t resist these beauties. The one I picked out is full of colored speckles–blue, green, orange, red, brown, gold, and black–and goes with almost everything. And the best part–it was only $4!

I totally fell in love with that front table full of goodies this weekend too! Did you see the mini oil diffusers? YUM!

Anywho — I can’t focus on the ring…just seeing Edward speaking has me dazzled. :swoon

LOVE IT! I have a similar one but it’s purple and black. I bought mine in Murano, Italy, but you could never tell that yours didn’t come from there too. Great deal!! :)

Love it, I got one in Greece a couple years ago, it’s so unusual and striking.

Oh my gosh. Seeing the pages of that book make me want to go back and read all of them over again!

And the ring is great too!

Oooooh, such a pretty ring!!!! I too had a glass ring once but alas its life was short lived. Lets just say you need to be careful not to slam your hand down on anything hard like a desk or a table. They shatter surprisingly easily!

Anyways, I love love love your blog… I found you through Kristal at Good Friends…

Your house decor is freaking awesome (I printed out a pic of the photo shelf/wall and begged hubby to let me replicate it) and I love your sense of humor! You’ve definitely got another subscriber!!
