Bite Me

January 6, 2009 By Dusty Rogers 19 Comments

Think you’ve seen the last of my Twilight posts? Ha–guess again!! I interrupt the repeated re-readings of my favorite teenage vampire love saga to share with you this email I received from Jen at a thousand words.

Jen, who is an amazingly talented photographer–not to mention an apparent photoshop extraordinaire–recently sent me an email with this subject: “Proving I have way too much time on my hands”…

…followed by this picture, titled “D Twilighted”:

Eat (if you ate) your heart (if you had one) out, Edward Cullen.

I’m dying over here. That is hysterical. I even made John drag his butt up from the couch (he loves to eat ice cream and watch The Biggest Loser) to see your Twilighted face.

I too have an unhealthy obsession with Edward and I’m jealous of your vampirical beauty. In fact, I’m dying for a sleepover party completely devoted to Edward’s amazingness and you are totally invited.

    xo,

Laughing hysterically. Jen should do the makeup (or digitally re-do) the actors for the next movie so that we won’t have to see layers of white caked on makeup when Edward looks to the side.

Wow, bronze eyes! You know, because of you, I read Twilight and New Moon while I was on Christmas vacation because I had asked my husband for them for Xmas. I loved them, but need to take a short break from that world for a bit before I delve into the next two. And I’m worried about seeing the movie, since you were so disappointed. But maybe I should anyway? Eek, what to do?!

I LOVE this! I just recently became a Twilight fan (not the movie, just the books). Reading this makes me want to Twilight myself.

I know this is weird, but I really like this picture of you!
That’s really neat how your friend did that.

I’m in the process of reading the first book in the Twilight series; so far, I like it.
