Kate’s First Year

March 16, 2011 By Dusty Rogers 14 Comments

During Kate’s first year we snapped monthly photos of her next to her teddy bear to compare her growth.  I wouldn’t exactly say that Kate always loved these little photo sessions (most obviously noted in her 7 month pic), but I certainly love lining them all up and seeing how she’s changed!

Kate: 1 Month

Kate: 2 Months

Kate: 3 Months

Kate: 4 Months

Kate: 5 Months

Kate: 6 Months

Kate: 7 Months

Kate: 8 Months

Kate: 9 Months

Kate: 10 Months

Kate: 11 Months

Kate: 12 Months
“How big is Kate?  Sooooo big!”

She’s adorable! You should be very proud of your little trooper.
What happened to the bear’s ribbon though? lol!

    Thanks ladies!

@Courtney–I took the neck-tie off once Kate got more interested in playing with her bear so it wouldn’t get wrecked, and b/c I was worried it was a strangulation hazzard. You know those crazy thoughts that keep you up at night? Yep, that was one of them!

Well, she hated taking the 7 month picture, but certainly made up for it with an abundance of joy in the 8 month pic! What a cutie.

Hey I follow your blog and have since the beginning and hardly ever comment but how could I resist with such a cute post. I love love love seeing Kate’s little pictures lined up like that. She is beautiful and I think motherhood agrees with you so much. I love the one year pic the most.
