April 15, 2009 By Dusty Rogers 22 Comments

“This is so good you can never make it again.”

Said by G after eating the buffalo chicken dip I recently made for the first time.

I just made this for Easter! Use can also use bleu cheese crumbles if you like bleu cheese.

    My husband loves this!!

I make this a lot actually for various parties, but I put mine in the crockpot so it stays warm and I leave out the cheddar cheese because it tends to make everything really greasy without adding all that much flavor – just MHO though ;). I’ll have to remember to pick up some fritos to go with it next time.

My husband is always asking me to make buffalo chicken dip, but the last recipe I found, wasn’t that great. I will have to try the recipe you posted. The hubby will be so HAPPY!

Ahhh, crack dip! Seriously, the best and worse thing EVER invented! Once you start you just can’t stop until it’s all gone. You’ll find yourself dreaming of it in the middle of the night and eating it for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

I mean, this could happen. I haven’t done this before so stop pointing your finger at me!!!

I just made this for an appetizer at Easter. Everyone loved it! the recipe I used, substitues Blue Cheese for the Ranch (although I’ll have to try the ranch as I prefer it to B.C.).

I serve it with both fritos and celery (for those of us that want to be healthy. ha!).

Soooo good, and soooo addicting! I make mine in a mini-crockpot to keep it warm and bubbly and serve it with Tostitos scoops, crackers, and slice up a French baguette. Now I need to make some!

Even though G requested I never make this again, I had to have it again last weekend. So yummy!

@Kelli–I’ll have to try the bleu cheese–that sounds delicious!

@Lisa–good tip on leaving out the cheddar. I think I will next time.
