That’s What He Said

April 13, 2011 By Dusty Rogers 12 Comments

A recent conversation between G and his coworker Ryan, whose daughter is a couple of months younger than Kate:

Ryan:  We always know when Lilly’s hungry because she goes to the cupboard and shakes the box of Cheerios.

G:  Oh really?  We know Kate’s hungry when she starts eating food off the floor.

Har. My kiddos are like pavlovian dogs. The second they are strapped into their car seats they ask for snacks, whether or not they just ate.

Your kid can put down “resourceful” and “self starter” on her resume!

    that is totally hilarious!

Clara is supposed to start daycare next week and I have been dreading it so much that I was pretty much planning to ask to go to a 4 day week like you before even giving it a real try. ha ha. now it looks like my husband may quit his job and stay home with her! will be such a relief.

    have a great weekend!
