Have you guys seen the whole Vogue “73 Questions” thing on YouTube? They’re so interesting! Basically, Vogue gets a little camera crew and an interview guy, and they ask celebrities 73 rapid fire questions while they’re hanging out at their homes or on set getting ready for an appearance…that sort of thing.
This is how I know Reese Witherspoon’s would-be rap name is “Little Spoon.”
And that Anna Wintour has never taken a selfie.
(If I ever see her I’m going to selfie bomb her.)
In the spirit of this fun little game Vogue has created, Brooke from the blog “Be Fed Again” invited me to participate in a DIY bloggers version – with 49 questions instead of 73, because, let’s face it, we’re just not as interesting as Nicole Kidman and her pack of llamas.
So I shot my video in the most UN-Vogue fashion – just chilling at my in-laws’ house reading questions off of a piece of paper and answering them. I realize in hindsight that I should have had a bit of a better set up. And walked around and stuff.
Next time I’ll do better. In the meantime, I like to think what I lacked in glamour I made up for with candor. Like dishing the first thing I notice about people when I meet them, how I got my name, the weirdest thing I’ve ever eaten, and my thoughts on bras.
And, of course, there’s wine.
Plus I share the worst photo ever taken of myself.

It’s actually one of my most commonly asked questions when I meet blog readers in person, haha. And your guess is right – it’s mine and my husband’s initials. He’s Gregory and I’m Dusty. So “G&D”.
