We spend dollar after dollar on these fancy toys and time and time again its boxes and paper that babies love. Go Figure! Kate looks adorable playing with her new toy!
It cracks me up how much kids find pleasure in the simpliest things. I swear, when I have kids, I’m not buying them fancy toys– I’ll save a boat load of money by giving them boxes to play in!

Love the Baby Legs!!!!
I’m so in love with those baby legs! Note to self: have a daughter.
She is such a doll and I love when they can be so happy with such minimal toys!
Love it!!! Amazing how much entertainment a box can provide!! So fun! And the baby legs are adorable (as is Miss Kate!). Thanks for sharing!

I swear I’m only buying my kids cardboard boxes for their first few years.
And I agree. The baby legs are too cute.
OMG I love those baby legwarmers!! They’re freaking adorable, and so is Kate!
So sweet! Her blonde hair is so beautiful!!
I’m curious to see what the toy box looks like. I’m in search for one for a Christmas present.
P.s. I love the baby legs! Makes me wish I had a girl sometimes.
Last pic is *adorable*!
Thanks for your comments everyone! We love putting Kate in baby legwarmers–they’re so convenient!
@Darcie–You can see the toybox in the background of the last picture. It’s a woven/banana leaf trunk that we got from Target.
Darn cute.
